Nord and Pas-de-Calais are two French departments strongly marked by coal mines, which operated for three centuries. This work will be about proposing a sociolinguistic study of a French dialectal workers' poetry and its durability through the poet and miner Jules Mousseron considerated as its symbol. "L’musiqu’ dé m’premier âche", for him, is his patois, variety of Picard, and it is questions related to the expressions of identity that will interest us more precisely.
